How I Make This
Every article here starts with my own operating experience: two decades running M&A integration, distilled into a curated library of the frameworks, deal lessons, and contrarian positions I have accumulated doing the work.
I built a research and drafting pipeline that works from that library. It retrieves evidence from named public sources, McKinsey, Bain, HBR, SEC filings and others, and cites each one with a live link. It grounds new pieces in my prior published writing, and it drafts against a McKinsey/HBR editorial standard behind an automated quality gate that an article must clear before it can be exported.
I direct every piece. I choose the argument. I write key passages in my own words, and they appear verbatim in the text. I edit every section, materially, before it ships, and nothing publishes without my sign-off. AI drafting is part of the toolchain. The judgment, the experience, and the positions are mine.
If you want to test any of it, follow the links. Every external fact in these articles is cited to a named source, and I would rather you check than take my word for it.
